How do you prepare your Italian Sausage?

A. Our Italian sausage is the best pork sausage in town. It is boiled for two and a half hours to fully cook it before cooking it further in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet over an open flame. Onions and Peppers (Red, Orange, Yellow and Green) are sauted' and reduced to lay perfectly across your sandwich.

What kind of Meatball Sandwiches do you sell?

A. Our Meatball Subs are made with the finest "Mama Lucia" brand Italian Meatballs. They are cooked in an Italian gravy made with the freshest tomatoes, garlic, onions and herbs. We have received numerous compliments of our meatball subs...topped with parmesean cheese.....being told that they truely taste like "Old World" Meatballs...the kind your gramdma would make !

What is in your Polish Pierogies?

Our Polish Pierogies are made with the finest of ingredients...boiled and frozen to perfection....to be pan-fried and served with butter and sour cream (upon request). We usually have Potato -Cheese Filled and Sauerkraut Filled Perogies. Once you try these...you will be coming back for more. During the Holidays. they are sold in pack of 12 for $5.00...and we usually sell out within an hour. E-mail and Phone orders are accepted from November 1 thru December 1....and are picked up in time for the Holidays.

What's in your hot dog?

A. Our hot dogs are made of quality lean cuts of beef with a variety of spices and seasonings, and then fully cooked, much in the same way that sausages are made. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires that the meats used must be wholesome and high quality, just like the fresh ground meat sold in supermarkets and butcher shops. All of our hot dogs are boiled in water and served hot and tasty. Mustard (Yellow and Spicy) ...Ketchup and Relish are always available to suit every appetite !

A. Bavarian concessionaire, Anton Feuchtwanger, most likely introduced the traditional hot dog on a bun during the St. Louis "Louisiana Purchase Exposition" in 1904. He loaned white gloves to his patrons to hold his piping hot sausages. When most of the gloves were not returned, he reportedly asked his brother-in-law, a baker, for help. The baker invented long, soft rolls that fit the meat.

A. All of our sandwiches are built on freshly baked Amoroso Rolls. They are known as the best rolls in Philly and the whole East Coast. We pick them up fresh around 6 a.m. on the morning of the event. Only the freshest and best for our Customers !
